DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: These unique plates are constructed from Cast Iron steel and surrounded by a rubber coating exterior with a matte black finish. These firm plates may be a tight fit on the barbell sleeve at first, but after a few uses, the rubber will wear a touch, making them easier to slide on and off.
DIMENSIONS: The 10 LB Grip Plate, offered as a pair, measures 254 mm in diameter with a 35.5 mm thickness. The collar opening features a 50.6 mm diameter making them compatible with Olympic barbells.
