These firm plates may be a tight fit on the barbell sleeve at first, but after a few uses, the rubber will wear a touch, making them easier to slide on and off.
• DIMENSIONS: The 5 LB Grip Plate, offered as a pair, measures 216 mm in diameter with a 25 mm thickness. The collar opening features a 50.6 mm diameter making them compatible with Olympic barbells.
